AYURVEDA 101
LIVING IN HARMONY WITH THE SEASONS
What is your ayurvedic constitution? What does this tell you about your physical, emotional and spiritual tendencies?
Learning how to work with your constitution (also called your dosha) will teach you to use this knowledge for self-healing and deeper awareness of your self. Ayurveda helps people heal by balancing the doshas, which brings the whole system into balance. Each season has a dominant dosha and the change of seasons awakens the energy of the dosha and our bodies and minds shift to meet this change. In this workshop we will explore our ayurvedic constitution, learn about the seasons and how they apply to the doshas, and practice pranayama and rejuvenating yoga
