RESTORATIVE, REJUVENATE REST & SLEEP
Saturday | april 13 | 12-4pm
ACTIVATION OF THE BASE KUNDALINI ENERGY AND ALL OTHER ENERGY CHAKRA CENTERS
Are you having hard time sleeping at night, do you wake up in the morning more stiff then ever? Come and join me for this workshop and we will focus on posture and techniques that you can use and practice when you have hard time sleeping tossing a turning all night long and busy with your mind and emotions. It will help you to use that valuable time to open up deep tissue muscles and nerves in your body so you create good habits where your body will find balance and harmony during prolonged hours of sleeping. Most of us sleep unconscious in 1 or few posture that could actually be of detriment for our body and we might be waking up more tired if we didn’t go to sleep. I have developed postures before going to bed to sleep, Breath work during in bed before going to sleep and if yo wake up in the middle of the night and you can’t seem to fall a sleep, which will help to neutralize the energy so at least you can find rest and Rejuvenate your body and mind. Lastly what postures to preform right out of bed.
The key elements are Restorative Asanas ( Deep Slow Inner Tissue Stretching ), Subtle yet Deep Pranayama Meditation and Extended 4 Gong & Crystal Bowl Healing Sound Bath
