ACTIVATION OF THE BASE KUNDALINI ENERGY AND ALL OTHER ENERGY CHAKRA CENTERS 

Pranayama, Asanas, Deep inner Tissue Stretching, Freestyle Dancing Movement, Meditation, Mantra chanting and Extended 4 Gong & Crystal Bowl Healing Sound Bath 

This workshop is about librating from the shackles of past karmic chains and old emotional bondages so we can be librated to our source essence pure self conscious awareness. 

We will be emphasizing on deep breath work, and activating the root energy centre so we wake up the dormant energy of the Kundalini Life Force. We will Use this energy in conjunction with specific intuitive Asana movements, to unlock the energies of the chakras. There will be a freedom of movement with guided dancing movements and freestyle dancing. Furthermore, they will be a series of guided meditations for the heart, mind, body and soul with sound healing

Teacher’s Bio:

MAHAN SANDEEP SINGH is a KRI Certified teacher, experienced with Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga practice and Vipassana Meditation. He’s insightful, intuitive, and a gifted channel to his Higher Self, and Source Consciousness. Through healing several physical injuries in his own life, often drawing on ancient Mystical Teachings and Yogic Technologies. He is a gifted intuitive healer through several modalities: the Art of Crystals, Reiki, & Sound healing creating sacred space through Singing Crystal Bowls & Gong Baths.
