Fall Tune-Up 2020 Virtual Yoga Workshop Series

This interactive, video-conferenced virtual workshop series is designed to help you recalibrate on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Learn and experience how yoga and meditation combined with lifestyle choices can help you tap into your natural capacity to heal, detoxify, and embrace change.
You can sign up for individual sessions with your class pass. Please sign up for classes at least one hour before the start time. You’ll receive an email with a Zoom link approximately 30 minutes before the start of each session. Each class is two hours and includes small-group breakout sessions.

Six Sessions. Five Cleansing Systems.
This virtual workshop series centres around five systems in the body that support you in cleansing toxins and maintaining health and vitality.
You’ll learn about the roles that each of these systems plays and will practice Kundalini Yoga kriyas (yoga sets) designed to help these systems function at peak efficiency. You’ll also work on cleansing mental toxins through the practice of meditation and will have the opportunity to explore the connections between emotional and physical toxins.
Small Group Work
In each session, you’ll work in small, video-conferenced groups (4-5 people) to reflect on your experiences and to explore changes that you could make to your day-to-day life to enhance your health and vitality.
Session Dates and Themes
This virtual workshop (online using Zoom) is spread out over six sessions. All sessions are on Sundays from 8-10am Pacific Time (11-1pm Eastern Time).
November 1 — Detoxification Overview
November 8 — Kidneys
November 15 — Colon
November 29 — Lungs
December 6 — Liver
December 13 — Lymphatic System
Please Note: There is no class on November 22.
