THROAT CHAKRA WORKSHOP

This Workshop is a three hour long immersive portal to awaken the throat chakra. This workshop will help participants to connect with their voices and bring sacred awareness to their throat chakra and it’s true power through breath, ancient throat chakra practices, vocal toning, vocal technique to sing, daily sadhana practice. 

In this workshop you will: tune your voice • strengthen your navel, diaphragm, and lungs • sing one Kirtan/Bhajan chant • use basic vocal techniques that will improve your Kirtan practice • do Throat Chakra Meditation.

Cost: In person $55 - day of $65 + tax; Online $40 - day of $50 +tax

Teacher’s Bio:

GURNIMIT SINGH is a 3rd generation Sacred Kirtan/Mantra singer & Coach. He is a professionally trained singer, Vocal Coach and Throat Chakra practitioner. He is a professional recording artist and musician, a Yoga teacher who has devoted his life to Service and Love through the singing of Sacred Chants. He believes that activating the body instrument through Mantra & Music can manifest profound healing in one’s life.
