A Sahej Paath is a complete reading of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib in a more relaxed reading format than an akhand paath which is unbroken. 
Readers sign-up sheets are at YOGA WEST. Reading spots can be any length of time. 
You can read in Gurmukhi, English or Punjabi.
