Teacher’s Bio:

MAYA SPINDEL is a yoga enthusiast with a deep passion for philosophy and embodiment. She began teaching yoga at the age of 17 and has since grown and shared her practice all around the world throughout her travels. With a speciality in kriya yoga and energy work, you can expect all of Mayas classes to be infused with love, joy, and enthusiasm for her art.
